Domaine Gassier Fleur de Syrah is a Syrah-dominant red blend (95% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre) from the organic vineyards of Costières de Nîmes, located near the Mediterranean and cooled by coastal breezes. This wine showcases a vibrant, silky texture and bright aromas of fresh fruit, with savory flavors of peppered bacon, blueberry, olive, and smoky plum. It is aged in a combination of concrete tanks and French oak barrels, contributing to its balance and complexity.
