A single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Oregon’s Yamhill-Carlton AVA, this 2021 vintage is a masterclass in balance. Aromas of black cherry, violets, and forest floor unfold into a palate of raspberry compote, Earl Grey tea, and a touch of baking spice. Aged 11 months in French oak (35% new), it has silky tannins and a lingering finish of crushed rose petals. The cool 2021 vintage lent vibrant acidity, making it ideal for cellaring. Pair with seared duck breast, wild mushroom ragout, or herb-crusted salmon. A refined, age-worthy expression of Willamette Valley terroir.
