Illahe Willamette Estate Pinot Gris ‘24

This estate-grown Pinot Gris earned 88 points for its authentic expression of Willamette Valley terroir. The 2023 vintage presents aromas of Bosc pear, honeysuckle and crushed quartz. The palate is medium-bodied with flavors of yellow apple, lemon curd and a touch of ginger, balanced by crisp acidity. Whole cluster pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel, it maintains wonderful purity of fruit. The finish shows a pleasant bitter almond note typical of the variety. Enjoy with Dungeness crab, roasted chicken or mild cheeses. A versatile white that bridges Old World and New World styles.
